On Sunday, February 27, 2022, from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m., the Friends hosted the 11th Annual Pouring Over Books fundraiser as a hybrid event. We hosted both an in-person event and streamed live for those who preferred to attend virtually.

The generous local venue, The Prospect House, is donated the use of their impressive venue. Sarah Bird, a well-known Texas author, was our speaker this year.

Guests listened to entertaining music and delightful commentary by Craig Hillis as they enjoyed a selection of craft beers, wines, fine teas, and locally-sourced, tasty bites. The Silent Auction items were displayed while bidding took place virtually.
