Kristen Currie: Moderator

Kristen Currie is the Morning Meteorologist at KXAN News in Austin, Texas. Originally from southern California, Kristen didn’t get the “weather bug” until she was in college at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She’s passionate about meteorology and frequently visits local classrooms to share her love of the science and teach students about weather safety. In her free time, she loves to scrapbook, visit the Texas Hill Country wineries, and of course, read (she’s “all in” on the romantic fiction!).

We are very fortunate to have Kristen as our moderator leading the author discussion at this year’s Pouring Over Books.
